Most holiday villas have gardens laid to lawn with trees and flowers to the borders, garden seating, tables, BBQ and patio area with outside lighting. Off road parking for the car. These additional services can be arranged locally for all our properties: Baby sitting, washing, laundry and ironing services, driver, cook and even a shopping service all at exceptional low prices payable locally.
Viewpoint Village Rates
The following are the lowest (from) villa prices including tax and mandatory service charges. Please note: the prices are directly provided by them but maybe USD equivalents of their actual rates in their local currency. Generally speaking, booking direct with the villa means you will have no or a reduced deposit to pay, will be able to pay for everything / the balance upon check-out, and will not have to give money to a 3rd party travel / reservations agent.
- March to November (4 bedroom villa): US$144.00
- December to February (4 bedroom villa): US$165.00
The above rates are nightly equivalents of our weekly rates (there is a one week minimum stay). All our prices include the use of a current model crewcab during your stay. All properties include a daily maid service, but many other services can be provided for a small charge payable locally. These include the use of a driver, a cook (Thai and English cuisine) a cleaner, a babysitter, an ironing service and a shopping service. Please ask your host on arrival. Group Bookings
Up to a maximum of 22 bedrooms are available at View Point Village but it is advisable to check availability 6 months before travel (or one year before Christmas/New Year bookings).
You may make a new enquiry with this villa, or follow up on an existing enquiry / reservation even if you made these via another web site / company (useful for asking any questions). Doing this will allow you to rate / rank the villa after your stay, as our system will then email you when you check out for your "vote". When you complete and submit your data, your enquiry will go directly to the villa (not to an agent), who will then reply directly to you.

Our portfolio of luxury holiday villas now includes one three-bedroom Villa and four four-bedroom Villas, all with acces to a pool. All our properties are recently built and furnished in a blend of European style with traditional Thai craftsmanship. Many of the furnishings have been hand made and the properties feature décor to suit the most demanding of tastes.
