Krabi Beach / Ao Nang Thailand Area Guides

Ao Nang AKA Krabi Beach hotels in Thailand featured here are generally booked direct with the hoteliers themselves without the need to pay a deposit. Krabi Town is actually some distance away from Ao Nang, actually “Ao Phra Nang”, and we offer tourist hotels and luxury resorts for both vacation locations. Many Ao Nang hotels are offset from the beach itself, although many provide Andaman Sea views. Thai longtail boat operators provide tours and snorkeling trips to the many islands offshore, while a good number of scuba diving and water-sports operators are available in town. Some guesthouse style bed and breakfast accommodation is available, and many smaller lodgings provide low cost holiday bungalows. Several prestigious 5 star resorts offer luxury hotel rooms and suites now both in Ao Nang and nearby Railay Beach. Krabi Town itself has some very notable hotels and is where the ferry services to Ko Phi Phi and Ko Lanta are located. Krabi Beach has a healthy albeit very subdued bar scene and some excellent restaurants, although most guests will find genuine Thai cuisine at their own hotels in Ao Nang Thailand.
