The environment has been a central consideration for every step of development for Faasai Resort and Spa. The environmental practices adopted by the resort include conserving energy and water, establishing a diverse ecosystem and habitat for wildlife, cooperating with the local council to protect the environment, buying local, nurturing knowledge of and a love of nature and heritage and the unique ecosystem of Kung Wiman, Chanthaburi as well as growing over 1000 trees as a carbon sink.

To conserve energy and water, water tanks are heated by solar power, energy efficient bulbs are used for lighting, and the rooms have been designed to maximize insulation and allow natural ventilation. The diverse plantings in the gardens provide habitat for local wildlife and grey waste water is reused on the gardens.
