Our staff is local Thai, Moken ( Sea Gypsy ) and Burmese. All have equivalent living condition, salary and bonus. We build campus area for our staff with same good quality materials. For our staff food and accommodation - free. We pay for staff education . We clean beach and sea at low tide daily. We collect all garbage and send to mainland , not keep in the island.We grow herbs and vegetables for our kitchen in resort land.
