Location: The Chumphon Cabana Hotel and Scuba Diving Resort is Chumphon's best beach, Thung Wua Laem. At the southern end of this picture postcard Thailand beach area. An hour plus 40 minutes by express boat to Koh Tao, 7 hours and 30 minutes by bus / train to / from Bangkok; 1 hour 30 minutes by air. On a very long, undeveloped beach, with a few fresh fish restaurants for neighbours; approximately 12 km from the bus / train stations.
