When you enter your details including email address into one of our hotel / villa enquiry / inquiry forms, your data is sent in a hotel friendly format to the hotel or villa you are trying to contact. We send you a confirmation of this together with the hotel's / villa's contact details so you can follow up with them before they actually reply to you if you wish. You are not required to enter your credit card details anywhere on our forms. The only information we retain in our own database is:
a) A summary of your enquiry / inquiry which we use on the monthly statements of enquiries / inquiries we send the hotels and villas.
b) If you submit the form with the relevant consent boxed ticked, we also may use your details to send you appropriate newsletters or offers in the future. We do not sell or otherwise pass your details to any other party unless under an English court order (except for site security purposes as detailed below. Since we first started trading to when this web page was last authored (June 2007), we have sent out 0 (zero) newsletters / offers to users in our database.
We use cookies on this web site as well as log what is called your IP address (this does not identify your PC, it identifies the IP address assigned to your Internet connect by your "ISP" / Internet Service Provider) and browser type. We use these in combination to prevent abuse, for example to prevent people from making too many enquiries / inquiries with too many hotels / villas. If a user is malicious and / or abusive, we reserve the right to complain to their ISP quoting the transaction information we receive which allows them to identify their customer / user involved. We only contact ISPs as a result of a malice or abuse against our site or staff.
