The following are the lowest (from) net double / twin room prices including tax and mandatory service charges. Please note: the prices are directly provided by them but maybe USD equivalents of their actual rates in their local currency. Generally speaking, booking direct with the hotel means you will have no or a reduced deposit to pay, will be able to pay for everything / the balance upon check-out, and will not have to give money to a 3rd party travel / reservations agent.

All rates are for 2 persons, except for the 2 bedroom villa (Villa Kamboja) which is ideal for families or if you are on a budget. Extra beds / cots are not available.
Due to architechural design, Villa Semana is not suitable for children under 12 years old.

Really superb views, tranquility and very high standards. This hotel stands out as the best quality boutique hotel along the Sayan Road area. Well outside Ubud at the junction of two rivers and superb valley views.
