A very good hotel, beautiful setting, no TV / no telephone / no mini bar / no tea, coffee making facilities in room (free tea & coffee delivered on request). Great outside bathroom. Staff excellent. Breakfast included in rate, but only a full cooked one, if you want a simple toast and cereal it's extra which is strange. If you want a quite relaxing break this is the place. Airport transfer arranged by hotel was expensive and a battered old car $25, arrange your own at the airport for $10-$15.

This intimate boutique hotel is a rare find. Five star quality and attention to detail without the price tag. Nestled in the village of Penestanan the location is perfect. A 5-minute drive will take you to the hustle and bustle of Ubud with its many attractions. Alternatively, you can take a short comfortable walk down the track that delivers you to the well-known steps of Campuan / Ubud (maps provided by the hotel). The spacious rooms are beautifully decorated and luxurious with impressive open-air bathrooms. From your own private veranda you can enjoy the enchanted gardens or laze around the magnificent pool area. It truly feels like your own private retreat! The friendly helpful staff will cater to your every need and for the adventurous a traditional Balinese massage will not disappoint.
