Room does not get enough sunlight thus has this dampness smell.
Room is not well lit and dark furniture makes the room feel old and gloomy.
Very friendly staff and free transfer to Ubud is useful as the hotel is not in Ubud itself.

Very friendly staff and manager. Though location is way out of town, hotel provided transportation to Ubud. Overall very good value for money.

A really lovely place to stay. The staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. They arranged all our transport to different areas and attractios and even offered to fetch us from the East Coast after we had left there and take us to the airport at the end of our holiday - a remarkable offer. An email was waiting wishing us well on our return home - what after sales service!! Unfortunately we were a little disappointed with the breakfasts compared to other Bali hotels, however the rest of our stay was great and we will return. The accommodation for a large family was wonderful.
