Junjungan Bali Hotel and Spa has not completed the questionnaire we asked them to regarding legality and operational ethics. This may simply be because they overlooked our request or may indicate their reluctance to respond on the basis their answers would have a negative impact on them. b) Is your hotel / villa registered for sales tax in Bali?
c) If you collect a service charge from guests, is this mandatory?
d) What percentage of the service charge do you give to your staff?
e) Does any of the service charge you collect go to management and / or directors?
f) Do you buy any of your food and beverage items from government (including army and police) owned businesses?
g) Is your hotel the subject of any local protests / disputes (location, land title, building permit, etc.)?
h) Please describe any staff / people / community / environmentally friendly policies you have
