The staff hospitality was great, especially by the owner (both Mr. and Mrs.). The room facility was nice, but a bit old. Overall I was pretty satisfied with the stay at Graha Ubud Hotel.

the information say that : The food will soon upgrade by 14 of August by
Dennish Chef . Until now our restaurant just open for breakfast and soon our
staff will get training from them. Regarding of room facilities and quality.
we have to upgrade by international chanel from BBC and AUS by Indo Vision
system.

For the price they offer the suite rooms ($50) it was really not worth it. The room quality was really bad. I read the rooms were build new, but everything in the bathroom was not functioning properly (shower etc) and the room and bathroom were not cleaned well (the pillows smell, dirty rooms and bathrooms). This hotel was really overpriced and a big disappointment on our journey.
