Rates are inclusive Government tax and service charge, Daily breakfast at maximum Occupancy 2 person in one Bed room, return airport transfer. There is a 2 nights minimum stay required. Peak season surcharge of US$20 per room villa per night applies 01 August to 31 August 2005, and HIGH Season surcharge US$25.00 per room villa / night. FOC Late check out up to 3pm - subject to availability. Late check out up to 18;00 is subject to 50% of villa rate.
