Location: Just a 300 meter wonderful stroll to Seminyak Beach, where you can surf, sit or swan around some of the facilities at the local major quality hotels (Oberoi etc.). Villas Wilsana is a superbly styled, recently constructed, quality property. Far enough from the madding crowd to ensure your absolute tranquility. Close enough (10 minutes drive) to the main shopping / restaurant center along Jalan Legian. In fact, one of Bali's most acclaimed restaurants, La Lucciola, with its floodlit beach garden, is just a few steps away. The airport is around 30 minutes drive away, and both Ubud and Kuta are easy to reach (perhaps you would consider walking along the fantastic Indian Ocean beach!).

The following are the lowest (from) villa prices including tax and mandatory service charges. Please note: the prices are directly provided by them but maybe USD equivalents of their actual rates in their local currency. Generally speaking, booking direct with the villa means you will have no or a reduced deposit to pay, will be able to pay for everything / the balance upon check-out, and will not have to give money to a 3rd party travel / reservations agent.

Peak season is 20/Dec to 15/Jan - Minimum of 7 days rental.
Off-peak seasons are all other days - Minimum 5 days rental.
30% non-refundable security deposit required for confirmed reservation. Balance due 60 days before scheduled arrival date.
Balance of account is non-refundable for cancellations within 14 days of specified arrival date. However, credit can be transferred for a rescheduled reservation.
All overseas telephone calls will be charged to the guest's account.

Villa Wilsana (near the Living Room Restaurant) in Seminyak, Bali has been featured in "The Great Outdoors" TV program on Australian Station Channel 7, because Bali villa locations do not get much better than this, for holiday makers and honeymooners alike. Dedicated team of eight staff. Roof tiled main building, with separate Alang Alang grass roofed honeymooners cottage.

Very well designed and managed villa with especially good staff, within easy walking distance of several top restaurants (almost neighbours with the Living Room) and the beach. Not the cheapest villa in Seminyak but you get more than you pay for here.
