One Bedroom Villas are 200 sq. metres in size and comprise of a large filtered swimming pool, sunbathing area, manicured gardens and dining area. The bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe.
Two Bedroom Villas are 400 sq. metres in size. Both bedrooms are identical and open on to a large swimming pool, sunbathing area and tropical spacious gardens.There are also separate dining and lounge areas.
Three Bedroom Villas are 600 sq. metres in size. Two of the three bedrooms are identical while the third bedroom is a separate "round villa" located across the garden away from the other two bedrooms. All three bedrooms open on to a large filtered swimming pool, sunbathing area and tropical spacious garden.
The Villas Rates
The following are the lowest (from) villa prices including tax and mandatory service charges. Please note: the prices are directly provided by them but maybe USD equivalents of their actual rates in their local currency. Generally speaking, booking direct with the villa means you will have no or a reduced deposit to pay, will be able to pay for everything / the balance upon check-out, and will not have to give money to a 3rd party travel / reservations agent.

Rates are inclusive of daily breakfast served in your villa, welcome drink and cool towel upon arrival, fruit basket and flower upon arrival, return airport transfer.
Rates are sbject to high season surcharge from 20 July until 15 September and 20 December until 7 January. One bedroom Villa USD 20/night, Two bedroom villa USD 30/night, Three bedroom villa USD 40/night.
