Within your villa you have your own private 8x3 meter pool among a leafy Balinese garden, a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, separate living and entertainment quarters and an oversized bathroom with sunken bath, walk in wardrobes and separate bath and vanity.
The villa design is refreshing, 140 square meters with doors and windows that fold away and disappear to let you feel totally open and free. Or you can shut the world out and have complete control over the temperature with the combination of fans and air conditioning.

The following are the lowest (from) villa prices including tax and mandatory service charges. Please note: the prices are directly provided by them but maybe USD equivalents of their actual rates in their local currency. Generally speaking, booking direct with the villa means you will have no or a reduced deposit to pay, will be able to pay for everything / the balance upon check-out, and will not have to give money to a 3rd party travel / reservations agent.

Terms & conditions:
1. Check in time 14:00 HRS

2. Rates are in US Dollars and are subject to 11% Government tax and 10% Service Charge. Rates are based on Twin Share, maximum 2 adults permitted per villa
3. In order to guarantee reservations we must receive a completed credit card charge authorisation or deposit payment equivalent to a minimum one nights accommodation or as advised for promotional & group rates
4. Cancellations received within 21 days prior to arrival will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to a minimum one nights accommodation or as advised for promotional & group rates.
Cancellations received within 24 hours prior to arrival and No-Show are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to a 100% of total nights stay.
5. Children up to 12 years of age can stay for free in their parent's villa using the day beds, however an additional charge of USD 16 per child for breakfast will be made (children under 6 years old will not be charged for breakfast). Children's menus, baby sitters and other specials will be available including ps2's which can be rented from the front office.
Children are welcome if well supervised but for the ultimate peace and serenity of our guests, reservations for children under 12 years are not recommended as the hotel is not ideal for kids.
6.Airport transfers - rates include one vehicle per villa per airport transfer. Addittional vehicles required due to size or luggage will be charged at prevaling rates.
7. Rates are commissionable at 10% before 21% taxes to bonafide travel agents.

Doing this will allow you to rate / rank the villa after your stay, as our system will then email you when you check out for your "vote".
