Nalina Villa Rates
The following are the lowest (from) villa prices including tax and mandatory service charges. Please note: the prices are directly provided by them but maybe USD equivalents of their actual rates in their local currency. Generally speaking, booking direct with the villa means you will have no or a reduced deposit to pay, will be able to pay for everything / the balance upon check-out, and will not have to give money to a 3rd party travel / reservations agent.

Villa rates are in US Dollars and subject to an additional surcharge of 15% - for taxes (10% VAT)
and service (5%).
Seasons:
Low season period : Jan 11 – Jul 15; Sep 16 – Dec 19; (excluding Easter & Chinese New Year Week)
High season period : Jul 15 – 31; Sep 1 – 15; inclusive of Easter & Chinese New Year Week.
Peak season period : Aug 1 -31; Dec 20 – Jan 10
Changes To Bookings:
A US$50.00 administration fee will apply to each change after a booking has been confirmed. Changes is
subject to availability therefore cannot necessarily be accommodated in all cases.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in time is 14.00 hours and Check-out time is 12.00 hours.
- Early Check-In is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
- Late Check-Out until 15:00 PM is available for free-of-charge and subject to availability.
- Late Check-Out until 18:00 PM will be charged 50% of nightly rate, after 18:00 PM will be charged at full nightly rate.
Cancellation & No Show
Cancellation fee will be charged directly to client / guest credit card
1. During Low season:
- Cancellation received less or within 45 days of arrival or No Show shall be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to one night accommodation.
- Cancellation received less or within 30 days of arrival or No Show shall be subject to 50% charge or as advised for promotional & group rates.
2. During High / Peak season:
- Cancellation received less or within 60 days of arrival shall be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to one night accommodation.
- Cancellation received less or within 45 days of arrival shall be subject to a cancellation charge equivalent to 50% charge or as advised for promotional & group rates.
- In the event of a “no show” the full amount of the package / total night accommodation price shall be charged.
- Cancellation within 15 prior to arrival, No Show and Early Check out are subject to 100% of total villa night reserved.

The villa has fully equipped kitchen with wine cooler and refrigerator, the butler service available from 07 AM - 11 PM
