The following are the lowest (from) villa prices including tax and mandatory service charges. Please note: the prices are directly provided by them but maybe USD equivalents of their actual rates in their local currency. Generally speaking, booking direct with the villa means you will have no or a reduced deposit to pay, will be able to pay for everything / the balance upon check-out, and will not have to give money to a 3rd party travel / reservations agent.

Other Villa Information
Architect design / owned villa (600mē) by Patrick Collins (of Chedi Hotel, Ubud fame). Main entrance leads to the "Living Pavilion", an open area with bamboo & sail cloth blinds for protection against the sun / elements.
The floors here are of handmade, black polished concrete tiles. While the walls are local terra cotta and furniture is predominantly solid teak wood; giving an exclusive, yet rustic / minimalist feel. A grass central court provides access to the dining pavilion / "Bale" (also polished concrete tiles), open 3 sides.
Travelethos own comments and observations
Unfortunately not only did the owner of this villa, Patrick Collins of Collins Vergnaud in Sydney Australia (157 Brougham Street, Woolloomooloo NSW 2011) not pay us, even though he admitted he owed us the money, quote "paying travel ideas is well down the list of priorities", plus admitted his villa was operating unlawfully (no operational permit and tax fraud), he then used a string of profanities against us when we suspsended his villa for this. Please note, we had allowed Mr. Collins' villa to stay listed with us and for us to take enquiries, even though he owed us money, because of continued promises from him that the amount would be settled as soon as he could. Bear in mind also, Patrick Collins did not refuse ultimately to pay us, he refused to pay what he admitted he owed us and had owed us for a long time to our designated children's charity. For him to string us along and then use profanities against us like he did when we finally, after 2 years of putting up with his excuses and promises, makes Collins Villa in Sanur somewhere to avoid.
