Each have approximately 400 sqm of land, master bedroom with King sized bed, second bedroom with twin beds (both bedrooms measuring 4 x 5 m), living room (6.3 x 4.5 m), dining room (4.5 x 4.2 m) and kitchen (2.5 x 4.2 m). The private swimming pools measure 9 x 4.2 m.
3 Bedroom Villas
600 qm of land. Each villa has Master Bedroom (6 x 5 m) with King sized bed, second and third bedrooms (both 5 x 4 m with twin beds), living room (5 x 5 m), dining room (5 x 4 m), kitchen (4 x 3 m) and office (5.2 x 4.2 m). The private swimming pools are each 9 x 5 m.
4 Bedroom Villas are the same as 3 bedroom villas but with one extra bedroom and another 200 sqm of land.

The following are the lowest (from) villa prices including tax and mandatory service charges. Please note: the prices are directly provided by them but maybe USD equivalents of their actual rates in their local currency. Generally speaking, booking direct with the villa means you will have no or a reduced deposit to pay, will be able to pay for everything / the balance upon check-out, and will not have to give money to a 3rd party travel / reservations agent.
