Villas Tirtagangga Rating/Comments

Here is how users rated the villa out of 10 ( 1  is terrible and  10  is excellent)

We had booked with Villas TirtaGangga through the Bali Forum and supplied details of what the family consisted of yet when we arrived they were not expecting four (only 2) and the children had to sleep on the floor on a shared mattress. Hence the facilities were a little cramped. The restaurant looked very tired and the service took forever (a full hour for breakfast to come). There was not a book detailing services offered in the room, so we had no idea what and when things would be available. We really felt that the place had been over-rated from comments that we had read over the forum.
