All rooms are furnished to the highest standards with extensive use of local fabrics and furniture. Each villa has 3 bedrooms (one King with en suite, one Queen and one twin / bunk beds which share a second bathroom). Each bedroom has discreet individual air conditioning (you can certainly feel it, but not see it). The showers are huge, using oversized Italian shower heads, over-rated Rheem water heaters, over-sized pipes and a 3 way filtration system to give you a shower not like anywhere else in Bali. All bedrooms have the highest grade imported (American) mattresses and the highest quality brushed Egyptian cotton sheets you can hope to find anywhere. Each villa comes with its own thatched dining pavilion (called a "Bale") and are all set over lily / fish ponds.
Unlike other so called beachfront properties, our villas are just 30 meters from the beach. We also have some of the most calm waters in Bali and are the other side of the island from where there exists a tsumani risk (so there is no risk at our villas).

Special Persons Discounts: Applies to all above rates: Nurses, fire fighters, police, ambulance crew get 10% discount (valid current employment ID required). Anyone with certification that they helped the island's hospitals after the 2002 terrorist attack get 25% discount. Anyone who lost a spouse, child, brother, sister or parent in the 2002 terrorist attack get 50% discount. To claim these discounts, please use the enquiry / reservation form provided, select "Make another enquiry type" and state which discount you are applying for in the comments box.
Tax is included. Service charge is not included - this is expected, but not mandatory (if the staff do a great job, then the industry standard rate of 10% should be given to them at check-out). 50% Advance deposit required (non-refundable).
Additional persons charge. The villas can each accommodate 4 adults and 2 children, or 5 adults. The above rates assume 2 adults. The additional per person charge per night is US$15 adult / US$6 child (Basic Pkg/"Agung" Pkg), US$20 adult / US$8child (Regular Pkg/ "Bali" Pkg), and US$25 adult / US$10 child (Luxury Pkg/"Nirwana" Pkg). One child per villa under 5 years old may sleep in their parents bed at no extra charge. Baby cots are available at no extra charge.
Airport transfers are US$60 per car (3 guests) / US$75 per minibus (7 guests) each way (helicopter transfers start from US$2,050). Villas have own vehicles and own drivers; fully licensed, available also for bespoke tours.

Travelethos own comments and observations
What can I say? I was actually the person that pretty much designed this resort; I certainly paid for it! Sadly I had to sell to new owners in early 2007, but now at least I can speak without commercial bias about "ABN". ABN is unique and in a rare, unspoiled, unpolluted area of Bali that probably will not stay that way for much longer; so enjoy it while you can. With no beach hawkers, a living coral reef to snorkel, a first floor beach-front spa with 180 degree panoramic views of the sea, a beachfront restaurant, one of the very best swimming pools in Bali and large, spacious 3 bedroom villas set over lotus, etc. ponds, you really have to experience ABN above all other accommodations for the same $ or more in Bali. Truly you will want to go back time and time again.
