We have an extensive sustainable management program listed on our website there are too many to list here But basically we employ local staff ONLY We have a no pesticide, no burn, No catching bird policy We pay above gov rec wages We raise money for our community regularly We teach english to local children weekly We plant trees regularly We train all our staff in Environmental practices, english, to be trekking guides & massuses and responsible tourism
