All rooms are fan cooled (except room 4 which has aircon) and have hot & cold water shower bathrooms. Room 2 is a two bedroom "apartment" and sleeps four. The cottage sleeps four also. The beds have cotton sheets & down pillows, while the rooms have tasteful artwork. The management provide complimentary mosquito coils.

The following are the lowest (from) villa prices including tax and mandatory service charges. Please note: the prices are directly provided by them but maybe USD equivalents of their actual rates in their local currency. Generally speaking, booking direct with the villa means you will have no or a reduced deposit to pay, will be able to pay for everything / the balance upon check-out, and will not have to give money to a 3rd party travel / reservations agent.

Travelethos own comments and observations
You can not get any closer to the beach! Gus and Sandy's wonderful boutique hotel which is perhaps better described as a homestay as their house adjoins the property, which they bought only so they could stay there themselves; no really, that is why they bought the hotel, to get the house because of the location. No beach sellers around normally to bother you either, plus only a short walk to other hotels and restaurants if you can tear yourself away from the wonderful range of home cooked foods on offer here.
