Travelideas staff have visted Damai Lovina and say;
I just do not get why people rave on about Damai, it is one of the most pretentious, awful places I have stayed at. For one the villas are rooms, and not very big. The hotel is aside a busy road and "benefits" from motor bike and dog noise most of the day and night. The food is often good, often bland, but always expensive. The guests that stayed there during my visit were also highly pretentious with guys doing limbering up exercises on the bar stools to show off their pecks; people were genuinely unfriendly. Take my tip, forget Damai.
