Great hotel, we loved it. The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help you. Rooms are nice with cold air con and fridge. The bathrooms are a bit tired but no problems there. The pool area is beautiful and the pool has clear water. Hotel is quiet at night which was great, but still in the best position - close to everything and a short walk to Kuta Square.
