Kind staff. Very quiet during night time even though the location is at Kuta. Dark passage when going home at night. Could have been better illumination in the garden, in the rooms and on the way back home from town. Garden a bit dried up (dry season). Bar service at poolside could be better. Two % extra charge when paying with credit card.
Dispite this we were satisfied with our stay at Suji.

The location places you right in the middle of the Kuta area, walking down the dark gang (lane) at night is a bit scary. The room that I stayed in had seen better days. The bathroom was clean (which is very important), the room needed more light. I would most likely find another hotel next time.

Friendly, helpfull, open and warm staff. But that's Bali!! Sober, but clean room/ cottage. Clean pool and area. Value for money, if you look for a cheap and clean room.
