Stayed a total of five (5)nights. The family & deluxe rooms we booked was perfect for the 7 ppl in my group ranging from ages 6 - 70+. Everything was good from start to finish, could not ask for more. Had only one problem with water flooding into the room during shower on the first night BUT that was quickly fixed in 15 minutes with an immediate change of room. Tour desk assistance was excellent. Facilities were adequate and in good order. The two (2) swimming pools were very relaxing. Restaurant was good. Spa was good. Thank you and WE WILL BE BACK !!!

We checked in 14th May and check out 15th May in Room 300,
the air-cond. is not cold enough and noisy. When I took our bath at night , some amount of water spilled out from the bath tub. The next morning the water is still there and it didn't flow out (water stagnent). We checked in again 16th May and checkout 17th May in Room 285, we only have problem with the air-cond. which is not cold enough. Otherwise, it's an excellent location to stay as it in the centre of Kuta town and nearby to Matahari supermarket, Kuta Market etc..
