The hotel staff were friendly until you asked for something, e.g. the toilet would not flush "we will fix it tomorrow", can we please have beach towels "no!".
The entertainment provided was by surrounding facilities not the hotel.
Breakfasts were great, also provided by an adjoining cafe.
Bathrooms were very unclean and mouldy.
On arrival, one toilet of our adjoinig rooms still had urine and large amounts of pubic hair still in it.
Generally the hotel is in a great location with heaps of potential but is about 5 years overdue for a revamp and was unclean with poor service. We paid in advance for 6 nights but only stayed 3. Would not stay there again.

Located near the beach at the far end of Legian. It was always hard to find someone for service help / enquiries. The reception area was seldom manned. Breakfast was included in the price for the night but there was very little flexibility with what you could order i.e. you could have a continental or full cooked breakfast but if a child wanted continental and some fresh fruit, they wouldn't allow it. (You simply had to get the full cooked version and not eat the eggs/bacon etc!!!)
