The staffs there are very friendly and helpful (Wayan Lily, Gunawan).
The Hotel provide us with much privacy.
But when we reach the airport we can't find our receptionist with the board because our name is spelled wrongly. It is spelled Ms. Zazhit Haran as my name is Ms Amutha Sashitharan. That is the only problem we face.
Other than that all of us have great wonderful holidays there.
