The hotel staff are very friendly and there is always someone one hand to deal with your requests etc.
The rooms are perfectly adequate for the budget accomodation that this hotel provides. The free breakfast that you take on your balcony was good and you could choose from a menu of 3 options. There is a television in the room with 2 channels showing English language movies.
The only things to mention regarding the room is that the mosquito net in the bathroom was in need of repair and the room was a little dark even with all the lights turned on.
The pool at the hotel was clean and there are sunbeds provided.
There is no entertainment other than the pool in the hotel so for that you have to go out. The main beach is a little bit of a walk away and if it is nightlife you are after then I recommend staying Seminyak. Having said that taxis are cheap here ;)
For anyone wanting a quiet to stay not far from the centre of Kuta for a budget price I highly recommend this hotel.
