The hotel was value for money and the staff were friendly, helpful and seemed very proud of the building, there was always someone cleaning around the grounds and the cleanliness of the room was excellent. There were always clean towels placed in the room and pool towels on request.

We would stay again, a bit disappointed that the jacuzzi and steam room weren't completed when we were there, which were advertised as available and there was some noise from the building renovation going on close to our room, but good overall, it didn't spoil our holiday.

The hotel is comfortable, room is clean and tidy. Walking distance to shopping area and kids' activities. Some hotel staff, especially the masseurs are friendly but more can be improved for the front liners.
