Travelethos own comments and observations
OK, Tauch Terminal has a very German name because of its owner and as a dive resort it is often full of scuba divers. But, it also is in a superb location and has some very high quality rooms for a very reasonable $. So if you can get past the non-Balinese name and look at what you get for your money, there is very little to beat it. Of course if you are a diver or want to learn, Tauch Terminal is even better. Personally I don't dive and was glad to find a hotel where the Austrian and German guests disproved the common belief that all Germanic speakers reserve the loungers with their towels each morning! The food is great and the massage superb. Really worth a stay.
