Regarding the mandatory service charge: The service charge is 5% only, although the guests may of course pay more; all of the service charge goes to the staff. We need to do this for the staff because of the spiralling prices / inflation they face.

WE TRY TO BE AS ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS AS POSSIBLE. WE RECYCLE GLASS, PLASTIC, PAPER ETC. WE COMPOST OUR GREEN WASTE. FOOD LEFTOVERS ARE FED TO THE NEIGHBOURS ANIMALS.

SOLAR HOT WATER.
WE SUPPORT/SPONSOR SEVERAL LOCAL CHILDREN TO SCHOOL.
