Our staff works in shifts of 8 hours a day, 6 days a week, according to Indonesian Labor Laws
We pay our staff the monthly wages required by Indonesian Laws and add their proportional share of tip-money to it.
All our employed staff are local (Balinese) people.
The profit of our business (if any) stays on the island of Bali and is NOT exported overseas.
We buy our fresh fruits, vegetables, beverages, etc., etc. for our restaurant at shops of local traders
We support local community efforts, both financially and physically, to improve quality of life, personal ans social hygiene of the people living in the villages near our hotel.
We share our fresh water well with locals who have otherwise no access to fresh water. |
